Job Description

The Senior Delivery Manager role involves overseeing KYC and digital onboarding initiatives, requiring 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in banking. Candidates should possess strong Agile delivery skills and stakeholder management capabilities. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required. Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain the end‑to‑end delivery plan (milestones, releases, dependencies) for the KYC / onboarding workstreams
  • Run governance routines: status meetings, RAID logs, follow‑ups, steering preparations and standardized reporting
  • Coordinate delivery across distributed teams and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities and timelines
  • Support Agile teams by removing impediments, facilitating cross‑team coordination and aligning with Product Owner and Architect
  • Oversee SIT, UAT and implementation planning, including cut‑over plans and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
  • Track and manage budget, resource allocation and change requests, ensuring transparency and approvals where needed
  • Maintain high‑quality project documentation and ensure decisions, actions and risks are clearly recorded and communicated

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–6 years (mid) or 7+ years (senior) of project/program management experience, ideally in banking or other regulated environments
  • Strong experience in Agile / hybrid delivery with distributed teams and vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to summarize complex topics for senior leadership
  • Focus on one major workstream or several squads, with guidance from a senior manager/program lead
  • Owns day‑to‑day coordination, detailed planning and reporting within scope
  • Oversees multiple workstreams or a full program slice, often cross‑domain or cross‑region
  • Acts as key counterpart to senior Product Owner, shapes governance, and drives high‑impact escalations and trade‑offs
