Job Responsibility

  • Support, coach and develop team members (6) to build and retain a high-performing team
  • Organise team initiatives and facilitate effective team meetings
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Ensure team members understand their roles, responsibilities and objectives
  • Take ownership of personal delivery objectives as a Tech Delivery Manager
  • Lead Agile delivery squads in the successful delivery of Private Treaty product enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define project scope and priorities
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans and resource plans
  • Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders
  • Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to optimise project delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, user story refinement sessions, technical reviews, sprint retrospectives
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
  • Chair technical governance meetings and ensure appropriate decision-making processes are followed
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards
  • Drive compliance with relevant policies, procedures, security and privacy requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile project management, Agile delivery management and software engineering environments

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles and best practices
