We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our team. Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand their individual ways of working, including Agile maturity, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with the Head of Delivery to shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework, define and track north star metrics, and provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support teams in achieving their goals
Proactively identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery, collaborating within Product Engineering and across wider stakeholder groups such as Operations
Where required, take direct ownership and leadership of business‑critical delivery initiatives
Requirements:
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks and principles, able to flexibly adapt to individual teams and real-world challenges
Excellent communicator with ability to engage and inspire individuals with varied roles, backgrounds and seniority levels
Experienced in leading and implementing change from both a human and process standpoint, with a wide toolbox of resources to influence and coach effectively
Experience leading complex, critical business-impacting projects across multiple teams, able to lead with clarity, calmness and effective stakeholder and team management
Excellent facilitator, confident in leading effective meetings and workshops
Able to identify and analyse trends, impediments and opportunities at both team and company level, developing potential solutions for continuous improvement
Extremely effective at building relationships and promoting team culture, able to drop into and back out of teams as you coach them through challenges and opportunities
Will have and promote a mindset for continuous learning and experimentation to effectively influence change across the business
Organised and methodical, able to confidently prioritise workload and understand where to add value
