Job Description:

The Senior Decision Scientist for CVS Caremark & CVS Specialty Member Experience and Engagement is a strategic leadership role that combines advanced analytics with consulting expertise to drive transformative improvements in member and payor experiences. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong consulting background, capable of leveraging complex data ecosystems to inform high-level strategic decisions and influence organizational direction.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical consulting, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python (including Pandas)
3+ years of statistical expertise, with hands-on experience in experimental design, A/B testing, and return on investment (ROI) analysis
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience in strategic consulting or on strategy teams within large organizations

Nice to have:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Experience in the healthcare industry and/or management consulting
Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Practical experience with generative AI tools and concepts
