Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the next generation of business intelligence by spearheading agentic AI frameworks, conversational analytics, and decision intelligence systems
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies harnessing AI agents, LLMs, and generative AI to ensure insights lead directly to impactful action
  • Play a key role in advancing a Business Intelligence Center of Excellence for the retail supply chain, championing best practices and enabling innovative multi-agent frameworks
  • Build models that translate and simplify ambiguous business challenges into logical, actionable frameworks, directly informing both operational and strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, decision science, or applied AI/ML
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex problems and reimagine existing solutions
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, including experience deploying AI systems in production
  • Proven track record of translating advanced AI concepts into measurable business impact, securing stakeholder alignment, and sizing business value
  • Experience leading end-to-end AI-driven solution delivery, from data foundation through model orchestration to front-end adoption
  • Experience designing and building AI-powered frameworks embedded with BI to explain metric movements, detect anomalies, identify key drivers, and simulate business scenarios
  • Proven ability to partner with BI and business teams to formalize metric definitions, clarify explainable dependencies and assumptions, and ensure AI outputs align with established business logic
  • Practical expertise with LLMs, generative AI, or conversational AI frameworks (such as LangChain, RAG)
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills, with a passion for building intuitive, impactful solutions
  • Experience in the retail supply chain sector
  • Expertise with BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI) and analytics engineering environments (e.g., Snowflake, modern data warehouses)
  • Experience with UI/UX design, customer journey mapping, and design thinking (Figma proficiency a plus)
  • Experience implementing agentic AI systems for conversational analytics, autonomous reporting, or decision support
  • Expertise in designing and implementing measurement and impact frameworks to quantify the business value and adoption of BI tools and agentic AI insights—even when outcomes are difficult to measure
  • Demonstrated product mindset in AI product development—focused on user needs, iterative experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable value from concept to deployment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
