Job Description:

Senior Decision Scientist role in Product Analytics at CVS Health, working to drive innovation and growth in Aetna's Product Analytics using consumer marketing, sales, and product design that leverages data science and consulting skills to help Aetna acquire new members.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Marketing and Sales partners to inform Aetna's Commercial member growth strategy through analytics
Build models that translate ambiguous problems into logical frameworks
Investigate opportunities to drive revenue growth across business operations and marketing growth funnels
Consult on creation of analytics solutions that weigh business and technical tradeoffs

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in business analytics
Strong theoretical and hands-on experience with statistics and causal inference
Hands-on programming skills in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) preferred
Hands-on experience with tools and processes for version control (i.e. git, GitHub) preferred
Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
PhD preferred
