Job Responsibility

  • Deal Triage & Intake Ownership: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the GTM organization
  • Commercial Pricing & Strategy: Partner with Sales to price out complex deals
  • Utility Order Management: Serve as the bridge to finance by covering order management functions
  • Sales Partnership & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate daily with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to resolve deal blockers
  • Operational Excellence: Identify recurring friction points in the triage or pricing phase and implement "utility" fixes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Finance
  • Previous experience in a "first point of contact" or high-volume triage environment is highly preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
  • Strong ability to model deal economics, including ACR, price points, and gross margin
  • A proven track record of operating as a "Swiss Army Knife"
  • Exceptional ability to manage high-pressure situations and communicate clearly with Sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
