Job Responsibility:
Deal Triage & Intake Ownership: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the GTM organization
Commercial Pricing & Strategy: Partner with Sales to price out complex deals
Utility Order Management: Serve as the bridge to finance by covering order management functions
Sales Partnership & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate daily with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to resolve deal blockers
Operational Excellence: Identify recurring friction points in the triage or pricing phase and implement "utility" fixes
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Finance
Previous experience in a "first point of contact" or high-volume triage environment is highly preferred
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
Strong ability to model deal economics, including ACR, price points, and gross margin
A proven track record of operating as a "Swiss Army Knife"
Exceptional ability to manage high-pressure situations and communicate clearly with Sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
