Senior DBA

• design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL infrastructure to support critical trading operations
• manage MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and redundancy
• develop and maintain replication schemes for high availability and disaster recovery
• optimize query performance and troubleshoot database issues
• automate database management tasks to improve efficiency
• conduct data consistency checks and implement preventive measures
• collaborate with developers to review and optimize database-related code
• monitor cloud-based database storage solutions and ensure security compliance
• maintain technical documentation and adhere to ITIL change management processes.

• 3+ years of PostgreSQL database administration experience
• proven experience in creating and maintaining failover clusters
• strong knowledge of MySQL administration in a high-load environment
• TCP/IP networking expertise and database security best practices
• experience with column and document databases (e.g., MongoDB, ClickHouse)
• familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus)
• 3+ years of Linux administration experience
• strong skills in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl)
• experience in query optimization for database performance improvements
• cloud data warehouse experience (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus
• fluent English (B2 or higher) for effective communication.
