Job Responsibility:

  • To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems
  • Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions
  • Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance
  • Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes
  • Security: Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure
  • Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers
  • Learning: Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in RDBMS database technologies, including Oracle and Postgres (preferred) and MSSQL
  • Strong proficiency in Java
  • Experience of cloud and database migrations
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI:CD
  • Working experience of config management tool like Ansible
  • Working experience of event bus products such as Kafka
  • Working knowledge of Python programming language
  • Experience in testing methodologies like TDD, BDD etc. and testing automation
  • Ability to understand how and where third part products could be deployed
  • Good knowledge of vendor evaluation and selection best practice
  • Certification in relevant technologies or platforms
