Job Description:

At eGain, we power digital-first customer experiences with AI, Knowledge, and Analytics. Our data systems handle millions of interactions daily—and we’re looking for a hands-on database architect to take them to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

Design, optimize, and scale data systems across Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Aurora, AWS DynamoDB, and AWS Redshift, leading a team of engineers
Tackle tough performance challenges
Define and drive data architecture strategy
Build the backbone for real-time insights across our global SaaS platform

Requirements:

10+ years in data architecture
3+ years in a leadership role
Deep SQL Server and NoSQL expertise
Strong data warehousing chops (AWS Redshift or equivalent)

Nice to have:

Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, Glue, or serverless data tools
