Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and modernization of performance management data marts within the bank’s enterprise DWH
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand KPI structures, target/actual data models, and reporting logic
  • Redesign and implement SQL structures and ETL flows to ensure scalability, flexibility, and performance
  • Translate functional business requirements into optimized source-to-target data mappings and transformation logic
  • Contribute to metadata modeling, data quality frameworks, and governance practices
  • Provide guidance on best practices in DWH modernization using ODI, Oracle, and other enterprise-grade tools
  • Collaborate with client teams in agile environments and provide consultancy support throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or a related field
  • Min 4 years of hands-on experience in data warehouse projects, preferably in the banking or financial domain
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling methodologies (e.g. Inmon/Kimball), and relational data design
  • Proven experience in ETL flow analysis, design, and optimization
  • Practical knowledge and project experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) is a significant advantage
  • Exposure to performance management or financial KPI reporting processes is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse modernization and cloud migration projects is a plus
  • Experience working with Oracle or MS SQL Server environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business terms
  • A proactive, self-driven consultant mindset who enjoys client engagement and solving real-world data problems
