Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a research and development team specializing in building Full-stack AI applications and delivering innovative solutions across government, retail, and other industries. The focus is on developing foundation models, predictive analytics solutions, and generative AI technologies. Responsibilities include building MVPs, deploying AI models, mentoring team members, and collaborating with clients and global teams.

Job Responsibility:

build and deploy end-to-end AI applications
conduct research and development on predictive analytics, generative AI models, and foundational large language models (LLMs)
design and build AI-driven MVPs across industries
leverage tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras to implement models for natural language processing (NLP), diffusion models, and predictive modeling
write Python, C++, and Java code to build scalable solutions
deploy models across GCP (Google Cloud), Azure, and other environments
work as a team lead across 3+ projects
mentor junior team members
collaborate with global teams
tailor AI solutions to specific client needs
drive advancements in AI technologies, foundation models, and generative AI to optimize client outcomes

Requirements:

6+ years of experience developing and deploying AI solutions and building predictive models
experience with MVP and Full-stack AI projects
strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Java
expertise using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn
strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques
hands-on experience building and deploying AI models in GCP (Google Cloud), Azure, and open-source environments
proficiency in diffusion models and a deep understanding of foundation LLMs (large language models)
demonstrated ability to deploy models in diverse environments using state-of-the-art cloud platforms and open-source tools
