We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact Data Science team that shapes the intelligence behind a leading Revenue Management System (RMS), a platform processing millions of tickets annually and helping travel operators optimise pricing, capacity, and demand forecasting across routes, seasons, and channels. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, optimization, and commercial strategy, designing models that directly influence business performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Build predictive models to forecast demand, occupancy, and revenue across routes and seasons
Design price elasticity models to recommend optimal pricing based on demand, competition, and time-to-departure
Use time-series forecasting and probabilistic modelling to anticipate external influences (weather, holidays, events, etc.)
Develop algorithms that automatically adjust fares or allocations in real time
Apply reinforcement learning or optimization techniques to continuously improve pricing and inventory control
Run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate new pricing strategies and product features
Use causal inference to pinpoint what truly drives conversion and yield performance
Work with ML and Data Engineers to deploy, monitor, and retrain models in production
Ensure scalable, reliable data pipelines and robust feature engineering processes
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align model outcomes with business objectives
Translate data-driven insights into actionable pricing and capacity strategies
