The Live Marketplace Management team sits at the center of this ecosystem—using data, experimentation, and machine learning to keep the marketplace healthy, efficient, and trustworthy while delivering measurable outcomes for advertisers and sustainable yield for publishers. Job Responsibility:
Define and optimize marketplace health metrics (e.g., supply-demand balance, auction dynamics, fill rates, match rates) to ensure efficiency and revenue protection
Monitor and diagnose marketplace anomalies, identify root causes, and implement solutions to maintain stability and uncover growth opportunities
Design troubleshooting frameworks and explore AI-driven solutions to improve live marketplace operations
Lead experimentation and A/B testing programs to evaluate pricing, matching, and prediction models, driving performance improvements
Develop scalable data products, pipelines, and automated reporting systems to support analytics and machine learning initiatives
Build self-service dashboards and tools that enable cross-functional teams to make data-informed decisions
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, influence product strategy, and present recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) data-science experience OR Master's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data-science experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years data-science experience OR equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience using analytics to solve product or business problems in data science, applied research, or related roles
3+ years of experience in the digital advertising, e-commerce, marketplace, or online platform industry
Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business impact through data science initiatives
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and big data technologies
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient English communication oral or in written
