Senior Data Scientist

• Analyze customer, product, channel, and digital data to identify opportunities for enhancing consumer experiences and delivering customer value
• Develop and implement data-driven models and experiments to answer complex business questions
• Conduct research on emerging techniques in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics
• Create intuitive data visualizations and compelling data stories to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to align analytics efforts with business objectives
• Deliver actionable recommendations to product teams and senior leadership based on data analysis
• Partner with Agile development teams to support projects throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to implementation
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in analyses and models
• Stay updated on the latest tools and methodologies in data science and analytics to enhance team capabilities

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and familiarity with cloud technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to conduct large-scale experiments and apply advanced analytics methods
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A passion for data storytelling and optimization, coupled with strong problem-solving skills
