As our first Data Scientist focused on this area, you'll build the foundation for how we support and grow Suno's creator and artist ecosystem. Creators and artists are at the heart of Suno, and you'll be instrumental in understanding what makes them successful, how we can amplify their work, and how we build programs that help them thrive. You'll work closely with product, business, and music teams on everything from strategy to execution.
Job Responsibility:
Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding creator and artist success (engagement patterns, content trends) and design experiments to optimize creator programs and incentives
Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions to define, iterate on, and evaluate programs that support creators and artists
Surface trending creators and content, helping define what discovery and recognition look like on Suno
Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science team
Requirements:
5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in creator platforms or social products
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations
Strategic thinking about creator economics and platform health, with excellent communication skills and experience working across product, partnerships, and business teams
A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning
