Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive models that drive product and business decisions
Perform exploratory data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data flows across the organization
Develop and iterate on computer vision solutions, from prototyping through to production
Write clean, well-documented code in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL), following best practices with Git and Docker
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define problems, scope solutions, and deliver measurable impact
Contribute to the data science culture - code reviews, documentation, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape best practices
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record in machine learning, predictive modelling, and data analysis in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
Demonstrated ability to take projects from raw data through to production-ready models
Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale, including computer vision applications
Solid background in data engineering - building and maintaining reliable data pipelines - and comfort operating within modern containerized, version-controlled workflows
