With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. Our Technology CS department intends to recruit a Senior Data Scientist.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive models that drive product and business decisions
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data flows across the organization
  • Develop and iterate on computer vision solutions, from prototyping through to production
  • Write clean, well-documented code in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL), following best practices with Git and Docker
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define problems, scope solutions, and deliver measurable impact
  • Contribute to the data science culture - code reviews, documentation, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record in machine learning, predictive modelling, and data analysis in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take projects from raw data through to production-ready models
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale, including computer vision applications
  • Solid background in data engineering - building and maintaining reliable data pipelines - and comfort operating within modern containerized, version-controlled workflows
