We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Data Scientist to collaborate with our data science and engineering team to build solutions that improve our Data Center delivery cycle time. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will partner with various teams to develop business requirements to standardize the business input and develop a long-term vision and partnering cross-functionally.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a deep understanding of the Data Center delivery lifecycle and associated data to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement
Apply statistical analysis, causal inference, and machine learning techniques to inform business decisions and optimize operational processes
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights
Develop and enhance data products, reports, and dashboards to improve data quality, visibility, and stakeholder experience
Communicate analytical assumptions, methodologies, and results clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ambiguous problem statements and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience as a data science practitioner or equivalent experience
Strong foundation in statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and quantitative analysis
Proficiency applying analytical methods to structured and unstructured data for exploratory analysis, metric development, and insight generation
Strong programming skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting
Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences and influence data-informed decision-making
Nice to have:
Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience developing and deploying live production systems, as part of a product team
1+ year(s) experience developing and deploying products or systems at multiple points in the product cycle from ideation to shipping
