Senior Data Scientist

• Design and implement advanced analytical models to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets
• conduct large-scale experiments and develop predictive models to address business challenges
• research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence
• define and refine requirements for training and evolving machine learning models and algorithms
• present data-driven recommendations to influence product teams and organizational strategies
• advocate for and implement best practices in analytics within cross-functional teams
• oversee the end-to-end model development process, including data sourcing, model selection, result presentation, and production deployment
• develop and maintain the organization's data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting
• create detailed reports and dashboards to assist senior leadership in decision-making processes
• stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in data science to enhance team capabilities

• Strong expertise in machine learning techniques and data analytics tools
• proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, SAS, as well as machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and scikit-learn
• solid understanding of statistical methods including Bayesian networks, regression analysis, and hierarchical modeling
• experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources
• ability to communicate complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines
• familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms, such as AWS SageMaker
• background in financial services or similar industries is preferred
