Job Description:

tvScientific is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to expand our team! You'll be working with a distributed engineering team on our Connected TV ad-buying platform, as we continue to grow. We’ve cracked the code on optimizing TV ad campaigns. We’re scaling massively and we need your help to make that scale work economically.

Job Responsibility:

  • Write production code in Python
  • Design, launch, and analyze experiments to optimize ad campaigns
  • Build reporting and analytics tools for the Data Science Team's customers
  • Translate into tvScientific's Data Science Product

Requirements:

  • Experience writing and reviewing production-level code in Python
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong statistics and ML fundamentals
  • Desire to work at a fast-growing Series B startup–working under uncertainty, owning and scaling new products, and an experimental and iterative development process
  • Senior (5+ years) experience

Nice to have:

  • Adtech or CTV experience
  • Teaching experience
  • Big data experience with Scala, Apache Spark, Apache Beam, and AWS Athena
  • Exceptional data visualization skills
