We’re building a Frontier Marketing organization that learns fast and executes with precision and agility through AI-powered insights. Our Marketing Analytics team builds AI and advanced analytics models that enable us to create intelligent tools that empower marketers with the data-driven insights they need to optimize marketing impact and deliver rich recommendations for sellers to drive opportunities in their accounts. To accelerate this transformation to Frontier marketing, we are looking for a Data Scientist – Social Analytics who is excited to work with largescale social and behavioral data and apply analytical and social network techniques to real business problems. This role is designed for an individual contributor who can independently execute well-scoped analytical problems, apply established methods, and deliver insights that inform marketing and communications decisions, with guidance from senior data scientists.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver complex social analytics problem spaces end-to-end, leveraging strong analytic judgement while framing ambiguous business questions into clear analytical objectives and success measures
Apply advanced social network analysis methods (graph analytics, community detection, influence/diffusion modeling) and statistical techniques to understand engagement, behavior, and diffusion patterns to develop actionable insights
Evaluate and extract insights from noisy, large-scale and unstructured data, developing new methods to improve analytical quality and relevance
Collaborate with analysts and partners to translate data science solutions into scalable, self-serve analytics experiences
Drive execution independently, with minimal guidance, identifying key risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-impact delivery.
Partner directly with marketing, public relations, and product stakeholders to translate business questions into data science approaches, influencing decisions through explaining trade-offs and implications of data science results
Communicate complex findings clearly through narratives, visualizations, and executive-ready materials, translating technical results into business terms and clear recommendations
Serve as a technical thought leader and mentor across the team by setting high standards for data science quality, documentation and reproducibility, raising the overall bar for rigor and creativity.
