Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic insights
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of large and diverse data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that inform decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively
  • Developing and deploying machine learning models and statistical techniques to enhance predictive capabilities and optimize business processes
  • Providing thought leadership on data science best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Domain expertise in one or more targeted areas of the Revenue Cycle Management processes
  • Proficient in deterministic and probabilistic linkage concepts/methodologies to support patient journeys derived from anonymized RCM data
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or mathematics
  • Extensive experience in data science, with a strong track record of developing and implementing complex models and analyses
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools, with expertise in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
