Job Description

Help define the future of how data is collected and exposed across customer-facing touchpoints and modern VoiceAI solutions used by millions of customers in 3 countries. Partner with the Area Data Engineering Manager and Data Platform teams to curate and drive data product strategy for the area.

Job Responsibility

  • Define the Area Data Strategy: Lead the Data Product vision and roadmap for the Area
  • Bridge Stakeholders & Tech: Act as the primary interface between Data Consumers and Engineering
  • Own the Data Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of Data Product development
  • Drive Data Product discoverability and self-serving
  • Manage data quality + change: define quality checks, monitoring, and alerting
  • Foster a Data Culture

Requirements

  • Proven Experience (3-5+ years) in Product/Data Management within data-intensive environments or technical product domains
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Strategic Coordination skills
  • Technical Fluency with experience in a technical hands-on role such as Data Analysis, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Software Developer
  • Communication & Leadership skills

Nice to have

  • AI/ML Exposure with direct experience shipping products that involve LLMs, Voice AI, or predictive modeling
  • Multi-market Experience with a global mindset and experience launching or managing products across different countries
  • Personalization & AI experience leveraging data and AI to enhance the user experience
