Job Description:

Senior Data Governance Specialist role responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of CEP's Data strategy, driving BCBS 239 / ECB Risk Data Aggregation & Risk Reporting multiyear program, and broader internal data governance initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Creation, ownership and management of project plans, issues lists, and key metrics
Delivery of CEP focused data governance activities, principles, policy, practices and standards
Execution of data strategy, engage and mobilize business/product/function partners
Daily delivery / SME on data specific projects
Develop and Coordinate Materials for Senior Management meetings
Leverage Banking & International Data Team support
Engage and work with a wide set of Citi constituents
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Adhere with Citi project/PMO standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Masters/MBA degree is a plus
Significant banking or financial services experience
Project/Programme Management and Business Analysis experience
Good knowledge of investment banking products and the front to back data supply chain into Risk and Finance
The ability to work independently but also as part of a broader team

Nice to have:

Masters/MBA degree
Previous experience interfacing with 2nd/3rd Line of Defence teams
