You’ll lead a team, guide a wider virtual community, and oversee a complex, multinational programme that strengthens compliance, improves data maturity and supports our strategic goals. You’ll also champion the rollout of governance tooling, manage risks and interdependencies, and ensure our policies and standards are understood, adopted and continuously improved.

Requirements:
Proven experience delivering Data Governance frameworks in large, complex organisations
Strategic thinker who can translate big‑picture goals into practical plans and influence senior stakeholders
Collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams
Data governance expert with knowledge of industry frameworks (e.g., DAMA, COBIT, ISO standards, BCBS‑239) and familiarity with tools such as Collibra, Informatica or Ab Initio
Programme leader comfortable managing cross‑functional initiatives, navigating ambiguity and driving progress without relying on formal authority
Understands data management principles, metadata, data quality, master data, architecture and the full information lifecycle
