Job Description:

As a Senior Data Engineer role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data architectures, building data pipelines, and collaborating with teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, sustainable, and high-performance data architectures
  • Building and operating batch and real-time data pipelines using distributed systems such as Apache Spark and Kafka
  • Developing and maintaining end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Orchestrating and automating data processes using tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar platforms
  • Designing and managing efficient data models to support analytics and downstream use cases
  • Working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) to enable scalable data processing
  • Collaborating closely with Data, AI, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
  • Embedding AI-driven approaches into data workflows, including automation, intelligent validation, and pipeline optimization
  • Optimizing system performance across storage, compute, and query layers
  • Contributing to the continuous evolution of our modern data platform and infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data architecture and data modeling, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
  • Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop or similar)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data pipeline design, orchestration, and performance optimization
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in or experience with integrating AI/ML-driven approaches into data systems and workflows
