Senior Data Engineer

• Build and integrate data products and services into our systems and business processes
• Design and implement data flows between systems and automate them
• Build accessible data for analysis and data product development
• Transform and make data accessible for analysis and product development, ensuring data privacy

• 5+ years of experience in Python or Scala, or Java
• Strong SQL skills (including CTEs and window functions)
• Experience with data modeling for cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Proven ability to design and implement high-throughput data architectures and ETL pipelines for batch and real-time processing (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, dbt)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), Docker, and Linux administration for cloud VMs
• Strong collaboration skills, working with Developers, UX, and Product Managers in tech or marketplace environments

Experience with Databricks Delta, Airbyte, distributed systems, microservices, or machine learning deployment
