Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to Microsoft Fabric and a strong background in building scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and enabling advanced analytics across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure services
Build and optimize data architectures to support AI/ML model training and deployment
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive insights and innovation
Integrate data from various sources including cloud, on-premises, and third-party APIs
Implement data governance, quality, and security best practices across all data engineering processes
Utilize Microsoft Fabric to support unified data experiences and analytics workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance
Document technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling techniques
Experience with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation and model deployment
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its components (e.g., OneLake, Power BI, Data Activator)
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
