Sis ID, a company of the Eftsure Group, is a global leader in payment fraud prevention. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to strengthen our data platform and play a key role in structuring, ensuring reliability, and maximizing the value of our data at an international scale. Within an international data team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reliable data pipelines. You will help build a robust data platform that enables business and analytics teams to generate trustworthy insights.
Job Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, staging)
Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability
Manage end-to-end data flows (from source to data warehouse)
Improve data architecture and tools within the stack
Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to address data needs
Contribute to best practices (testing, documentation, monitoring)
Support the upskilling and growth of the data team
Manage data pipelines across France and Australia, working closely with local teams and contributing to the development of a truly global platform
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
Strong expertise in SQL and good knowledge of Python
Experience with AWS cloud environment
Experience with a modern data stack and ELT pipelines (mandatory: dbt, plus Fivetran/Airbyte, Snowflake/ClickHouse)
Knowledge of Terraform
Strong awareness of data quality, governance, and GDPR
Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and Linux environments
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to explain technical topics clearly in English
