You will ensuring that data solutions are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with strategic business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how data platforms, ETL pipelines, transformation layers, and analytics capabilities are delivered, governed, and operationalised. • Build trusted, enterprise-grade data quality, governance, and QA frameworks that power confident decision-making
  • Establish strong delivery governance, controls, and reporting that keep programmes on track and risk managed
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the right people, skills, and capacity are in place to succeed
  • Embed reliable, scalable data into business-as-usual operations, not just project delivery
  • Help shape the future of the organisation’s data ecosystem through continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data project delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

  • Experience with modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, BI platforms)
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation frameworks, and data architectures
  • Strong grasp of data QA, testing, validation, and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs

What we offer

  • Discretionary annual bonus scheme
  • Work remotely for up to 60% of your days
