Job Description:

As a Data Conversion Specialist, you use software tools and scripting to extract, transform, and load client data from other software applications into a client’s Salesforce based improveit360 system. You deliver an exceptional data conversion experience to each client resulting in an effective, timely conversion and an elevated level of client satisfaction. You validate data migration activities and outcomes and provide support to the implementation project team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with clients to extract data from legacy systems
  • Import data into clients' Salesforce based improveit360 system, review for accuracy and resolve technical issues
  • Manage multiple data conversions simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Use tact and diplomacy to set proper timelines and expectations

  • Exercise attention to detail to ensure proper data transformation
