The ideal candidate is comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams, understands data architecture best practices, and can contribute across the full data lifecycle — from ingestion and transformation to semantic modeling and reporting.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
  • Apply DevOps best practices to ensure code quality, version control, testing, and deployment automation
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and reporting performance
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to data strategy initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with: SQL databases (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
  • ETL/ELT processes and data transformation frameworks
  • Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern data platform environments
  • DAX for data modeling and reporting logic
  • Building Power BI reports
  • Experience working with Azure data services
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling, data lakes)
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python for data processing, scripting, or automation
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Experience with large-scale, cloud-based data platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

What we offer
