Senior Data and Reporting Analyst - Program Management Capabilities

• Produce CPMC Capabilities reports through coordination and collaboration with the team
• Be responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Work with internal teams and technology to support enhancements through to delivery
• Develop and validate scenario check reports
• Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to questions
• Develop relationships with CPMC personnel, taskforces and technology teams
• Support Internal Audit and Control Team requests
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry or similar function
• executing data reporting & analytics and scenario reporting
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and reporting skills
• Advanced MS Excel user well versed in V-lookups and advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, data structuring
• Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, data accuracy and commitment to quality
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations
• Adherence to a strong risk culture, including change management discipline, standardization of processes, and rigorous documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, SharePoint
• Experience working in a virtual team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
