Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead enterprise data, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing large-scale data architecture, analytics, business intelligence, cloud modernization, and enterprise data warehousing projects from planning through delivery. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, healthcare partners, vendors, and executive leadership to drive successful project execution and strategic data initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, project governance, and program delivery experience with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced and regulated environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead enterprise data, analytics, cloud, and business intelligence projects and programs from initiation through delivery
  • Manage data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics modernization initiatives
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and implementation strategies
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Support healthcare data initiatives and enterprise data integration efforts involving standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7
  • Coordinate project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, financial tracking, and status reporting activities
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet to track project progress and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive leadership by translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Support cloud platform initiatives involving Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise applications, and modern data systems
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication activities
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC methodologies, governance standards, compliance requirements, and enterprise technology strategies
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, status reports, lessons learned, and governance artifacts
  • Support AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, cloud, or enterprise IT environments
  • Proven experience managing data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives
  • Strong understanding of SQL, databases, enterprise data systems, and cloud technologies
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, enterprise timelines, and large-scale project delivery
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and governance experience
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments

Nice to have

  • Experience within healthcare or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7
  • Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization programs
  • Knowledge of SDLC, enterprise architecture, IT governance, cloud technologies, and information management principles
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, or cloud certifications preferred
