Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (or other BI tools)
  • Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets
  • Define and monitor key metrics, and proactively identify trends or anomalies
  • Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery
  • Contribute to data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Expert-level SQL skills — you’re comfortable exploring and manipulating large datasets
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience working with stakeholders across functions
  • strong communicator and collaborator
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
