Senior Data Analyst

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables surrounding campaign performance
• Develop vital data-supported insights for all analytics deliverables
• Ensure that all data-gathering requirements for campaigns are technically fulfilled
• Be the ultimate gatekeeper of accuracy and quality of all data for analysis, and ensure that all analytical conclusions/recommendations are data-supported
• Develop proficiency with all software and tools used for data/campaign analysis and reporting
• Have an intimate knowledge of the client’s brand and product details
• Be proactive: Show interest in constantly learning and growing
• Work collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externally (client and creative agency) to obtain all necessary information to produce analytics deliverables
• Consistently enforce and streamline efficient workflow and process procedures and ensure that all deliverable expectations are managed
• Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and industry
• Ensure that all deliverables deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties to manage expectations internally and externally, if necessary
• Effectively communicate all performance analysis/insights into an easily understood narrative for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to an open and supportive working environment where opinions, views, and ideas are welcome and shared
• Ensure that a broader view of client needs and strategies is represented in all analyses

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in Analytics
• Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate with internal managers and clients
• Possess a robust and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility
• Strong ability to problem-solve and to use data to develop/confirm answers
• High-level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
• Extremely detail-oriented and precise
• Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships

• Proficiency with data manipulation through data interfaces and SQL-based queries
• Proficiency with social reporting/analysis tools
• Proficiency with setup, execution, and analysis of qualitative/attitudinal study data
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and model development
• Solid foundation in probability, statistics, calculus, and linear algebra for model development and result interpretation
• Ability to collect, clean, transform, and manage raw data effectively
• Experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries (Matplotlib, Pandas) to create compelling visualizations and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
