Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen our data analytics capability and deliver practical insight to support commercial decisions. You will work on business problems across Europe, improving processes, optimising pricing, supporting sales and marketing automation, and enhancing customer experience. You will be part of a European data team of around 30 professionals with varied backgrounds and nationalities, working together to develop scalable data products and analytical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets and contribute to data-driven decision-making across a European business environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Apply analytical techniques to business problems from initial definition through to delivery
  • Design and develop data products suitable for production use
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on reliability

Requirements

  • Experience in a data analytics role, ideally within customer, marketing, or sales environments
  • Strong skills in Python (including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or PySpark) and SQL
  • Track record of delivering data solutions that support business outcomes
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and work through complex problems

Nice to have

  • Experience with Snowflake, Spark or Databricks, and Power BI
  • Degree in Economics, Business, or a STEM subject
