As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Analytics Lead and cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and maintain measurement frameworks across digital ecosystems. You’ll play a hands-on role in building and validating data collection strategies using Adobe Analytics tools ensuring clean, consistent, and meaningful data across every touchpoint. In addition to tagging and tracking efforts, you’ll help configure and model data within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to power reporting and dashboards. We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and detail-oriented and someone who enjoys solving complex problems and finding clarity in data. You’ll work within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and gain exposure to tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Launch (Tags), and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. By bridging the gap between technical execution and business impact, you’ll help clients advance their digital maturity and unlock insights that matter.
Job Responsibility:
Distill client business objectives into meaningful, purpose-built solutions that align with overall marketing and organizational goals
Supporting the discovery and requirements gathering process to translate business needs into measurable tracking frameworks
Collaborating with developers and the Analytics Lead to design and document data layer specifications for accurate event tracking
Implementing, testing, and validating tags through Adobe Experience Platform Launch (Tags) and maintaining analytics configurations within Adobe Analytics
Assist with technical/tag audits of clients' websites and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders in a well-designed, clear and actionable fashion
Configuring data views, schemas, and connections within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to support dashboards and analysis
Building and maintaining dashboards and visualizations within Adobe Analytics Workspace and CJA
Performing QA and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and alignment across digital properties
Partnering with cross-functional teams, including client partners, activation specialists, planning & strategy, and creative, to implement and integrate digital transformation initiatives effectively for DEPT® clients
Support and manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring optimal service levels and value for the agency
Assisting in documentation, tagging governance, and data quality assurance processes
Staying up to date with the latest updates in Adobe Experience Cloud, analytics frameworks, and evolving privacy standards
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably within AdTech/MarTech environments
Experience with Adobe Analytics for implementation, configuration, and reporting
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AEP Launch (Tags) for tag management
Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) data views, schemas, and connections
Strong understanding of data layer structures and event-based tracking frameworks
Experience using debugging tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, or Omnibug
Expertise in the Ad-tech and Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics) space, Data Management, Attribution, and privacy tools
Deep understanding of current data privacy regulations and tracking compliance
Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation steps
Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or willingness to learn
Familiarity with BigQuery or other modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
Understanding of CDP data modeling and identity stitching
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or JSON for debugging and tag QA
Adobe or Google certifications
Experience with server-side tagging and marketing pixel tracking
