You’ll be at the centre of the emerging cultural shift to become insight driven.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand what is required to meet the needs of our population, while complying with external assurance frameworks and supporting elected Members with key insights
  • Help shape the future environment for the team in relation to its analytics capabilities, deploying Power BI reporting to a crucial service area within the Council
  • Work with the Adult Care Directorate to support their improvement drive and preparations for ongoing regulatory inspection

Requirements

  • Experience in analysing data and disseminating it to a range of stakeholders through visualisation tools like Power BI, as well as in presentations and written reports
  • Background in managing data reporting environments
  • Some level of working knowledge of Adult Health and Care Services in a data context
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to demanding timescales while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
