We are hiring Senior Data Analysts to lead data analytics and reporting across retail and digital channels by building scalable insights, mentoring analysts, and enabling data-driven decision-making for marketing, sales, and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end analysis of retail, e-commerce, marketing, customer, and operational data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and risks
Translate business objectives into analytics frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards aligned to revenue, conversion, footfall, and campaign effectiveness
Drive marketing performance analysis including campaign ROI, attribution, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation
Support A/B testing, experimentation, and promotional analysis across online and offline channels
Own the design, development, and governance of dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL
Establish and maintain data definitions, documentation, and SOPs for reporting and analysis
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts, reviewing outputs and improving analytical quality
Work closely and proactively with marketing, performance, category, digital, and operations teams to convert business questions into actionable insights, improvements and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Digital Analytics preferred
4 – 7 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence roles
2+ years in retail, e-commerce, or marketing-driven environments preferred
Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts is a strong advantage
Exposure to omni-channel analytics is a plus
Retail and e-commerce performance metrics (sales, margin, inventory, promotions, footfall)
Marketing and digital analytics concepts (funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Data modeling and reporting best practices
Understanding of online & offline customer journeys
Experience working with large, multi-source datasets
Advanced MS Excel (data modeling, automation, complex formulas)
Strong Power BI / Tableau dashboard design and storytelling
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Team leadership, mentoring, and management capability
