Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business units to define analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting techniques to support decision-making and business growth
Act as a data storyteller, translating complex datasets into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders
Design, build, and maintain analytic models focusing on customer behavior, operational efficiency, and revenue generation
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure the implementation of scalable and efficient data tools

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
7+ years of experience in analytics roles
5+ years of experience working in cross-functional business partnerships
Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact
Strong communication skills and business acumen to align analytics with organizational strategy
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Nice to have:

Experience with Python, especially utilizing machine learning libraries
Working knowledge of AI/Machine Learning techniques
Familiarity with tools such as Azure ML, Power Automate, and Visual Studio
Insurance industry experience or understanding
Knowledge of Data Governance principles and their importance
