Job Description:

you will be building, optimizing, and facilitating robust data workflows while ensuring data integrity through the construction and review of data quality dashboards.

Job Responsibility:

manage and ensure the successful execution of production data workflows and adherence to data governance standards
implement and oversee data quality monitoring protocols via dashboards, audits, and anomaly detection
prepare, merge, and curate complex, analysis-ready datasets, including enrichment and loading into analytical platforms
conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover actionable trends and strategic business opportunities
support the validation and delivery of data products, models, and analytical solutions
drive automation initiatives to significantly boost workflow efficiency and reduce manual intervention
produce high-impact, actionable insights and formal recommendations, including summary statistics and accuracy checks
build and maintain data mart solutions and perform necessary ETL (extract, transform, load) for modeling consumption

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing core data languages such as SQL, Python, or R
4+ years experience with ETL, data transformation, data mart development, data source ingestion, data pipelining, data warehousing solutions
proven ability to develop impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
demonstrable proficiency in Linux and shell scripting for workflow automation
strong experience using powerpoint and flow-charting tools for project documentation and stakeholder communication
demonstrated critical thinking skills and enthusiasm for translating complex analysis into consistently accurate, actionable business insights
experience in quality controlling model development, validation, and productization processes to ensure accuracy and readiness
diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
