Job Description:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will derive actionable insights from datasets to drive strategic business decisions, and act as a bridge between data and business leadership in a global setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze large datasets for business insights
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards (KPIs)
  • Apply statistical models for forecasting
  • Provide data-driven strategic advice
  • Automate data analysis processes
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience as a data analyst, Operations Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong SQL skills (mandatory) for data extraction and analysis
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Solid communication skills and stakeholder management ability

Nice to have:

  • Experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations is a plus
  • Experience designing or managing incentive programs
