Job Responsibility:
Liaise with the implementation Execution Team to establish KPIs for sales force activities and monitor progress
Identify new business opportunities based on business and financial analyses
Provide sales data, reports, and presentations in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner, including cluster management
Support business with sales force effectiveness analysis
Analysis of customer accounts sales data/performance and products/portfolios sales data
Evaluate Sales Team effectiveness (territories, performance, etc.)
CRM administrator, including customer and HCP databases (Salesforce.com, JDE), including new user onboarding
Training and sales force support – CRM, targeting, reporting
Close proactive cooperation and communication with the Sales and Finance and other departments
Periodic collection of In-Market sales data from third parties and Baxter partners and maintain the data quality
Periodic or ad-hoc preparation of sales reports (including In-Market and To-Market), CRM reports and market analyses
Creating reports for marketing strategy (segmentation, omnichannel marketing, etc.)
Requirements:

Fluent English command
Application of digital tools to enable business
Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage
Project Management experience within both waterfall and agile approach is an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft tools
CRM system management experience (Salesforce.com)
University degree, Bachelor’s relationship-building or Master of any related field
Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience in medical device / therapeutic / equipment sales or pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
A knowledge of CRM systems and processes
Nice to have:
Knowledge of PowerBI
Project Management experience within both waterfall and agile approach
