Join a company with the creativity of a scaleup and the expertise of an enterprise. We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the organization of key client projects
  • Leading the end to end initiatives
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired results
  • Managing the relationship with the clients and different stakeholders
  • Respecting the agreed project timeline
  • Creating and maintaining the project documentation and meeting notes
  • Fulfilling and keeping track of the different tests performed on the solution
  • Constantly being in contact with different technical teams to ensure the success of the initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Data & AI Field
  • Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (main Framework and approaches) and Generative AI (LLM best practices and approaches)
  • Strong knowledge Analytics and Business Intelligence (i.e.: experiences on visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc, and on Data Modeling within different Cloud Infrastructures)
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and related Project, Task and Knowledge Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong knowledge of the Office suite
  • Proficiency in managing relationship with clients
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a Consultancy company
  • Fluency in French or Spanish
