Senior Data/AI Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Data and AI solutions in production environments
• Lead the development and integration of AI and Generative AI models into backend systems
• Define system architectures, APIs, and deployment strategies using containerized environments
• Implement Docker- and Kubernetes-based solutions for scalable and reliable deployments
• Ensure security-by-design principles across data pipelines, APIs, and AI services
• Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Review code, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote engineering best practices
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-enabled services
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and technical processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Engineering (with AI exp)
• Strong proficiency in: Python (FastAPI and/or Flask)
• Bash and Git
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI models and related frameworks
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals, including API design, HTTP, and system integration
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities

Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React or similar frameworks is a plus
