Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Senior Wholesale Manager to lead our DACH region wholesale operations. This role is key to driving brand performance, deepening key wholesale partnerships and expanding market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a senior leader within the wholesale team, you will proactively contribute to the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy to ensure that CWF’s and licensed partners’ goals are met in the DACH region. This will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agents.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the management of top-tier wholesale partners, department stores and premium independents across the DACH region, whilst still being a point of contact for all wholesale partners in the territories
  • Conduct regular market visits and strategic meetings to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships to help drive CWF’s business in the DACH region
  • Help develop seasonal budgets and business plans for the DACH region and ensure consistent delivery through effective planning and negotiation
  • Oversee and lead the sales campaigns for the DACH region
  • Analyse sales data and market trends and share with relevant teams to optimise seasonal budgeting, range planning and sales
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the CWF’s and licensed partners’ footprint across DACH
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners that align with CWF’s and licensed partners’ commercial strategy
  • Work closely with brand management, customer service, logistics, finance and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide market feedback to Brand Management to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead and support the Northern Hub sales team members and agents in the DACH region
  • Organize and manage DACH-specific showroom activities during market weeks and trade shows

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of senior level experience in wholesale sales within the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams, key accounts and agents (particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market plans/strategies and implementing them to exceed company objectives and sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the regional retail landscape, consumer behaviours and fashion trends
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Strong network of UK and DACH wholesale contacts
  • Experience with premium or luxury fashion is preferred
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider international team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal and product-driven environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills
  • Driving Licence preferred
