Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Automation Engineer with 5–8+ years of professional software development experience and deep expertise in security automation, platform integrations, and penetration testing environments. This role will focus on building scalable security solutions, integrating enterprise platforms, and designing resilient automation architectures to support advanced cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with penetration testing tools, Kali Linux, SIEM integrations, and containerized lab environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop advanced security automation solutions and platform integrations
  • Build and maintain scalable, resilient security tool architectures
  • Develop and manage security data pipelines and SIEM integrations
  • Work hands-on with penetration testing tools and Kali Linux environments
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs with enterprise systems
  • Implement containerized and virtualized environments (Docker, VMware, cloud-hosted labs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture and automation capabilities
  • Support security initiatives within regulated or government environments (if applicable)
  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve security operations

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of professional software development experience
  • 8+ years of advanced experience building security automation and platform integrations
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and Kali Linux environments
  • Strong understanding of secure architecture design and scalable automation frameworks
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • 3+ years experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise platforms
  • 3+ years experience developing security data pipelines and SIEM integrations
  • Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, VMware, cloud labs)
  • Experience working in regulated or government environments
  • Strong knowledge of secure authentication, API integration, and cloud security practices
