This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking for Senior CX Researcher immediately with experience in UX Strategy, CX (Customer Experience), Strategy consulting Job duties/accountabilities Strategist, Design & Experience Role Overview The Strategist serves as a critical connector between business objectives, customer experience, and design at client translating research, insights, and cross functional intelligence into strategies that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct and synthesize research to identify opportunities that align with client's broader business goals and priorities
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to surface actionable strategic recommendations
Translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and cross functional stakeholders
Partner closely with Customer Experience (CX), Research, and Design teams to ensure strategy is grounded in real user needs and business context
Serve as a connective thread across disciplines, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of goals, priorities, and direction
Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and strategic planning exercises with diverse stakeholder groups
Support the development and framing of key initiatives from concept through to strategic recommendation
Build and maintain initiative briefs, frameworks, and strategic roadmaps that guide execution
Help teams connect day to day work back to larger organizational goals and KPIs
Craft clear, executive ready presentations and strategy documents that communicate vision, rationale, and recommended paths forward
Distill ambiguous or complex problems into focused strategic questions and frameworks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
8.00 to 15.00 Years total experience
4-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, UX strategy, or a related field
Strong research acumen - comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative methods
Demonstrated experience working at the intersection of CX, design, and business strategy
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
ability to communicate to both executive and working team audiences
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and human centered approaches
Nice to have:
Experience in a large enterprise or telecom environment a plus
