Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement below-the-line campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end execution including setup, audience selection, offer assignment, channel selection, scheduling, and monitoring to deliver optimal solutions
  • Perform in-depth analysis using IBM SPSS Modeler or other data mining tools on large, multi-dimensional customer datasets
  • Extract actionable insights to identify opportunities and risks for campaign optimization
  • Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports and ad hoc analysis
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on results and feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in campaign management, data mining, and telecommunications to bring innovative ideas to the team

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM/CVM, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics (CRM experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining tools (IBM SPSS Modeler knowledge is a plus),combined with business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong interpretation and reporting skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • A collaborative team player
